What payment types do you accept?

We accept payments via American Express, China UnionPay (CUP), Discover & Diners, Japan Credit Bureau (JCB), Mastercard and Visa. We do not accept PayPal.

Can we cancel anytime?

Yes, there’s no minimum contract with Planleave, and you’ll have plenty of time to try it for free in the first month after you sign up and invite your team.

Do we need a credit card to start our free trial?

No, you can start your trial without any payment information.

Will we be charged when our trial is up?

No. We don’t ask for your credit card upfront, so you’ll only be charged when you decide you’re ready. If you want to continue after your trial, we’ll ask you for payment details. If not — cancel with a click, it’s that easy.

What if our company grows and we need to invite more teammates?

If you’ve already finished your trial, we’ll update automatically your next bill with the correct amount of teammates. Same flow for removing people.
